Be ready before every tender closes.
BidReady keeps your tax, licence and project papers in one private place, warns you before any of them expire, and assembles your bid pack for you.
Most rejected bids fail on paperwork, not price.
The papers exist. They are just spread across folders, phones and drawers, and nobody notices when one runs out.
An expired certificate
A tax clearance or licence lapses in the month before a deadline and nobody is told.
A scramble on the last day
Staff hunt for scans, retype company details and merge files by hand the night before closing.
No single view
The owner cannot see which tenders are on track and which are quietly at risk.
From scattered papers to a finished pack in four steps.
Store once
Upload each paper or write it in BidReady. Add its dates and any extra details it needs.
Get warned early
The dashboard and the alert bell flag anything close to expiry, long before a bid is affected.
Check each tender
List what the tender asks for. BidReady compares it with your papers and shows every gap.
Build the pack
Get one ordered PDF with a cover page, contents and filled-in letters. Add your prices and sign.
Everything a bid team needs, nothing it does not.
Your own copy, with your own name on it.
Each company receives a private BidReady set up for how it bids. Nobody else shares your data, and the public cannot see inside.
Questions people ask first.
Who can see our documents?
Only people your admin adds. Every page except the sign-in screen is closed to the public, and each person sees only what their role allows.
Can we add papers that are not on your list?
Yes. Create a new document type with its own custom fields, or add extra fields to a single document while you upload or write it.
Does it send email or text messages?
No. Warnings appear on the dashboard and in the alert bell, so there is nothing extra to pay for or set up.
Can we control what each person does?
Yes. There are four roles, and an admin can change what each role may do. Admins can also block or delete any person at once.
What file types work in a bid pack?
PDF, JPG and PNG files are merged into the pack. Other files stay in the vault and are flagged so you can send them separately.
Is this page a real product?
This is a working demo with sample data held in your browser. Use the sign-in page to try every role.
Try it with a sample construction company.
Sign in as an admin, a manager, a staff member or a read-only viewer and see how each role differs.
